Jaime officially holds the title of Pull-Up Queen…for now. Laura’s got her sights set on dethroning her, and the journey is on!  We’re sharing our pull-up training strategies and why this friendly competition is heating up.

We also dive into the carnivore diet. Jaime’s thinking about trying it just to see what all the hype is about. People swear it brings mental clarity and boundless energy, but we’re calling a little BS. Should we both give it a shot and report back?

From there, we dive into the topic of weight-loss drugs. They solve one issue but could leave us as an under-muscled society with weaker bones. We unpack why muscle is crucial for longevity, how our bodies actually use carbs, and whether diet or exercise plays a bigger role in health and weight maintenance.

Finally, we’re tackling fasted workouts. Dr. Stacy Sims says women should never train fasted, but Laura’s not entirely convinced. Is it optimal? Maybe not. Detrimental? Not really. Let’s break it down and find what works for YOU.
